Gwens Cakes was established in 2011, from taking part in a Bake Off event at work. Since then it has went from strength to strength, a learning curve i have immensely enjoyed in baking, making and creating the perfect cake for people upon request.
To date i have baked, made, decorated well over 300 Cakes.
It has been a very enjoyable journey being a hobby baker as well as a steep learning curve in which i have learned to adapt to different cake styles and themes. I am enjoying the whole experience and embracing every minute of it.
My Cakes are made with love, dedication and passion which i hope you will be delighted with, whether it is for a celebration, a special occasion, a wedding or a birthday, christening or retirement or even just a treat to yourself.
I am here to assist in any way possible in helping provide you with wonderful celebration cakes suitable for any and every type of event from birthday cakes through to christening cakes, anniversary cakes, cupcakes and cookies and the only limit is your imagination so whatever the idea or suggestion, feel free to get in touch.
Can also cater for any special dietary requirements and can bake special gluten free cakes and gluten free wedding cakes so there is absolutely no reason that you should miss out on a slice of delicious cake if you have any food intolerances.
Cakes are never frozen, resulting in delicious home baked fresh cakes for you to enjoy.
When looking for a cake, treat, cupcake or any other baking i provide, please take into consideration the time required to design, bake and make, ideally 2 weeks noticed is required.
